Boshoga and Tswako was founded in 2016 by Norman Marweshe and Magdeline Ramoroke with a clear purpose: to unlock local potential through job creation, skills development, and knowledge transfer in and around Steelpoort, South Africa.
Our mission is rooted in real impact—uplifting local communities while delivering high quality, dependable services to the industries that power our country.
We proudly work across sectors, including Government departments, Mines and smelters and Private industrial operations.
To ensure compliance and professionalism in all our operations, we are fully registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), under registration number 10140832, holding a Grade 6GB PE rating. This certifies our capability to deliver general building projects at a national level.
In addition, we are proud members of the Corrosion Institute of Southern Africa, which supports our commitment to maintaining quality, safety, and industry best practices in all structural and engineering work.
